Thanks to the diversity and outstanding features, pre-engineered steel buildings are used in many different types of buildings. In order to have a complete steel house, the pre-engineered steel building installation process is considered as the last step to complete the steel building products in accordance with the requirements and standards that customers make.
After the construction unit has fully prepared the components, steel frame and materials necessary to carry out the pre-fabricated steel buildings. In order to ensure the safety and quality of the works, the pre-engineered steel buildings must be installed in the following order:
Step 1: Building the main frame for the workshop: columns, frames, trusses
Install the lock lock
Use a large crane to install the first 4 columns.
At the position of the columns, conduct the construction scaffolding at each location. It should be fixed to the bolt to ensure consistency.
Need the assistance of lifting equipment to install purlins and fixings with bolts.
Frame construction
The trusses will be erected from the inside and out from the windbreaker (columns and roofs). Use a band around the structure at two points, about 1/4 the length of the head. After that, the components are fixed to the bolt.
Continue using the wire wrap around the structure at 2 points, from the end of the pen to sell a small enough. Bolts are used to fix the joints between columns and trusses. Carry out the installation on the way to get the complete frame.
Complete locking rig
Carry out the installation of permanent cross-bracing cables and columns.
The mounting position should be accurately measured and then bolted to fix the temporary braces.
Installation of girder frames and purlins
Carry out the installation of the entire truss, purl to the column and the middle column.
Adjust the position, vertical and column height, using the bolt to fix. At the same time, clean, clean scratches (if any) for the entire frame and purlins.
Mounting the gable
Use a rope to pull the purl to the roof, then use the bolt to fix the components and ensure the rigidity.
Repeat this operation and complete the girdle.
Complete installation of purlins and anti-purl
Use a lifting device to raise the bar beams to the roof, while the purlin is pulled up with rope. Then use the bolt to fix the position.
Installing the permanent cross-bracing of the pole and beam for the lock, and at the same time adjusting the beam girder, firmly fixing the permanent braces.
Step 2: Construct the roof, wall
Pull the roof over the roof
Place one sheet of sheet metal on the slide tube and fix it with an iron hook. After that, the workers will pull the slider for the sheets on the roof.
Move the corrugated sheet to the correct position of the purlin.
Roofing
It is necessary to install the cable system to protect the roof and prepare electrical equipment.
Note: Executing electricity avoids direct contact with purlins and roofs.
Position the first sheet, adjust to suit the aesthetics.
Installation of purlin wall, gutters, drainage pipes, walls
Prepare the system of construction scaffolding.
Installation of the entire purlin wall system, purl between the columns of the frame. After that, continue to erect all the walls, gutters, leaf ventilation.
Step 3: Carry out inspection and handover works and put into use
After completing the pre-installation of pre-engineered buildings, the construction unit checked the columns, frames, trusses, bolts have been taken, the openings at the joints of the roof, the gap at the door. Ventilate to ensure the best quality.
Handing over the works to customers and put into use.
Step 4: Warranty works, often call customer care.
Throughout the construction of pre-engineered steel buildings to completion of the work, the construction unit is responsible for checking and calling customer care when the need arises.
Note: The pre-engineered steel building installation process must be carried out in the same order in order to ensure uniformity and professionalism in order to minimize mistakes during the erection. In particular, the method of construction must be uniform and under the supervision of engineers - experienced architects.
